Fees and Costs. Mediation/Arbitration is always billed at an hourly rate, divided among the parties. There is usually a three-hour minimum which is due in advance. There are normally no other costs involved, but any unusual costs or expenses are passed through on the same pro-rata basis. (We also offer a sliding scale for Family Law mediations based on the combined incomes of the parties.) Do not hesitate to contact us to see if your dispute could best be solved by mediation and/or arbitration with Mr. Curran. (For different rates related to churches and church-sponsored mediations/arbitrations, see ControlAltDispute.)

One Final Important Note on Fees and Costs. We hope this general discussion of fees and costs was helpful to you, but please remember that every case is different and your particular situation will be carefully set forth in a written agreement that may vary from the general thoughts expressed here. As we will tell you at the time, please read that agreement carefully because that is the document which will control our relationship and not this webpage.
